Investment Banking

The Investment Banking team advises clients on the acquisition or sale of consumer finance asset portfolios, typically comprising credit card or unsecured loan receivables.

The Investment Banking team was established in 2004 and comprises professionals with a track record of working in consumer finance. In the last 18 months, the Investment Banking team has facilitated seven transactions representing over £550 million of assets.

Business Development

The Business Development team provide sales, marketing and relationship management services to financial services providers who operate in the affinity and co-brand markets.

KFSI acts as the interface between financial services providers and existing or potential affinity or co-brand partners by uniquely balancing the needs of both parties.

What makes KFSI unique is our ability to work alongside the Investment Banking team to deliver packaged affinity endorsements i.e. brand endorsement and asset portfolios. In the last two years we have helped to acquire over 200 affinity and co-brand partnerships on behalf of our UK clients.
